Every order is assigned a unique Order ID for tracking and reference.
If the starting count is 500 and the order quantity is 1000, we guarantee delivery of 1000 only, not a total of 1500.
Users must not place orders for the same link from multiple SMM panels while an order is active. No refunds will be issued for such actions.
Changing username, deleting the account, or setting it to private after placing an order will void any guarantee or refund eligibility.
Guarantees apply only to services that include a Refill option. Services without refill carry no guarantee.
MoonlightSMM guarantees only the delivered quantity, not the total existing followers, likes, or views.
Do not place multiple services simultaneously for the same link. Orders placed in violation will be marked as completed with no refund.
If an order experiences a drop, wait until refill, partial, or cancellation before placing a new order.
The system automatically detects the starting count and marks the order completed once the requested quantity is delivered.
No refund will be provided if the page/account is deleted, renamed, or made private after placing an order.
Accounts with more than 10,000 existing followers/likes/views are not eligible for refill guarantees.
